The Visa Duet Credit Card allows you to receive no-fee cash advances and has a low annual fee and low monthly payments.
The Duet features two excellent interest rates--one for balances under $3,000, and an even lower rate for balances of more than $3,000. The card also serves as an ATM card and can be used at any Point-of-Sale machine worldwide.
