How long will it take?

You should allow three to four weeks from the date you submit a completed application until the proceeds of an approved loan are disbursed to you.

Federal law requires that on your primary residence we provide you three business days from the date of settlement to cancel the loan. As a result, the loan can't be disbursed to you until after this requirement is satisfied.
