Members elect volunteer directors to oversee the management and development of the credit union. Directors serve three-year rotating terms. The elected Board of Directors appoints an independent Supervisory Committee to ensure that the credit union is operated at the highest professional standard and the credit union is in full compliance with required accounting standards and state regulations governing financial institutions.
