At SELCO Community Credit Union, your online security is of utmost importance. To ensure that logging into your online account is as secure as possible, SELCO is adding the PassMark Advanced Online Authentication system. With the implementation of PassMark you'll be sure that you are securely logging into SELCO's online banking website.

How? Through an image, caption and challenge questions. A secret image you choose will display after you enter your user name letting you know you're logging into SELCO securely. If you're logging in from a different computer the security (challenge) questions let SELCO know it's really you.

A secret image that you select or upload will only display when you're logging in securely to SELCO's website. It's really that simple. Don't see your image? Don't log in and please contact us immediately. If you don't see your image, but you do see one of your challenge questions, that means SELCO doesn't recognize your computer. Once you correctly answer your challenge question, your image and password field will be displayed and you can log in.

Pick an image or upload one of your own during the enrollment process. There are hundreds of images to choose from. If you choose to upload your own, please make sure they are 100x100 pixels in size.

It's easy to enroll! When you enroll you'll have a couple of steps to go through. You only have to do it once. SELCO's PassMark system will ask you to:

• Pick from our library or upload a secret image.
• Pick a caption. This can be any short phrase that you will know is yours.
• Answer a series of questions that you'll answer if you log in from a new or different computer.

Once PassMark is implemented, your secret image is displayed as well as your caption. If SELCO doesn't recognize your computer, a challenge question will be displayed instead. Once you answer the challenge questions you can log in.
