as a leading community-based credit union. Member
participation enables SELCO to provide you with
the best services and resources available so you
can manage your financial life with convenience
and confidence. More importantly, however, your
participation at SELCO earns you special rewards

What
are SELCOselect Rewards?
At
SELCO Community Credit Union, all members receive special
benefits through our SELCOselect Rewards program.
Our Rewards program is simple: you qualify for one
of four benefit levels based on your combined
average monthly household savings and loan balances,
and we give you benefits. You choose your benefit
level through how much you save and borrow at SELCO,
and every time you move up to the next level, you
receive more benefits! As your relationship with
us grows, your benefits grow, and so does the entire
credit union! |
Rewards are for Everyone
SELCOselect
Rewards benefits are for everyone. We do not give
rewards based exclusively on deposit balances. Many
financial institutions offer customers low-cost
services for keeping large sums of money in their
savings accounts, but at SELCO, we give Rewards
based on your loan balances as well! Even better,
SELCO rewards not only individual members, but entire
member households! We've taken the "union" in Credit
Union to the next level. If your household has more
than one SELCO member, all member accounts within
that household are totaled together toward one SELCOselect
Rewards level, which each member receives. Now that's
what we call team work! |
How
Do the Rewards Work?
Each
month, your current level of benefits is automatically
calculated and adjusted and will appear on your
monthly statement for you to take advantage of the
following month. You need not do anything. The rewards
come to you! |
How
Do I Increase My Rewards?
Upgrading to higher benefit
levels is simple. Sometimes, all it takes is one transaction.
For
example, by refinancing your auto loan with SELCO (usually
at a lower rate!) you or a member of your household
can probably move to the next level depending on the
amount of the loan. Or,
by transferring the balance of a non-SELCO credit card
to a SELCO Visa card (again—usually at a lower
rate), you will most likely move up in benefit levels.
There are many other ways to increase rewards. Consider
the possibilities:
- Transfer
your checking
or savings account
to SELCO
- Refinance
your car, truck, RV, or boat with SELCO (we have
great rates)
- Invite
a household member to join
SELCO and transfer his or her accounts here
- Move
your Certificate of
Deposit, Money
Market, or Investor
Account to SELCO
- Bring
over your Home
Equity Loan to SELCO

you will not only receive our quality service with
outstanding rates, you’ll get great SELCOselect
