1. Read this information. We have provided information
on our "Values" and "Mission,"
the benefits we offer, our conditions
of employment, and some tips on
how to be successful in your search for employment.

Fill out all forms. You can pick up an application form
at any of our branches. To be
considered an applicant, you must completely fill out the
application, the "Authorization to Obtain Additional Applicant
Information" form, the "Authorization and General Release"
form and the "Fiduciary Bonding" form, in blue or black ink.
Do not leave any spaces blank or state "refer to an attached
resume." Incomplete applications will not be processed. When
you are finished, return the forms to the front desk in the
lobby or mail them to:

Interview. After we have reviewed the employment applications
and credit reports, we select those candidates we feel are
best suited for the position we have open and we call them
for an interview. The initial interview is typically a screening
interview and is conducted by a member of our Human Resource
Team. The interview lasts approximately twenty to forty minutes.
Once all of the screening interviews are completed, those
candidates who we feel are best suited for the open position
and our Team will be called for a second interview. The second
interview is typically with the hiring manager/supervisor.
