About Linda Bergman
Linda Bergman re-joined the SELCO Insurance Services (SIS) team in 2005 as a Commercial Account Executive. Linda initially joined SELCO Insurance Services in 1994, handling health and life insurance claims. She then decided to return to college and in 1997, completed her BA in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Linda began her insurance career in 1973 with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, which provided her with a solid foundation of training and experience within the insurance industry. By 1990, Linda became a licensed insurance producer in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines for businesses. Just prior to rejoining SIS, Linda worked as a claims adjuster for workers’ compensation with the City of Eugene.

Linda enjoys working with members and community businesses to review their insurance programs and enhance the business relationship. Exceptional service, experience, and knowledge are what Linda brings to the table for her clients. She is especially excited about helping people who are just starting a business, as they often require additional personalized service in designing an insurance program that fits with the growing needs of their business.

Linda remains active in the community as a trainer of emergency readiness for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the City of Eugene. She also possesses a FCC license as an Amateur Ham Radio operator and is an active member of LCSARO – Lane County Sheriff’s Amateur Radio Operations involving search and rescue.
