Jessica grew up in Bend, Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, she began her career at SELCO in 2012 as a Teller Services Associate/Licensed Client Services Specialist in Investment & Retirement Services. She joined SELCO's Commercial & Business Banking team in 2015 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Officer in July 2021.

Away from work, Jessica serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for the Alpha Xi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, is Vice President of the Eugene Area Alumnae Panhellenic Council, and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her partner and two corgis.
