Delete A Role

Roles may be removed, but only if they aren't assigned to a user. The best practice would be to first assign a new role to the existing user and then delete the role in question. To learn more about the prerequisites to delete a role, please refer to the Business Digital Banking Manage Users Guide (digital banking login required). 

  1. Click Manage Users, Roles in the left navigation, then select the role you’d like to delete.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the role description and click Delete Role. A pop-up message will appear. Click Delete to confirm.
