Want to meet with one of our team members?

Save time waiting in line (or skip the line entirely) by scheduling your video, phone, or in-person appointment ahead of time. Members and nonmembers can make appointments for the following services:  

  • Become a SELCO member/open a new account
  • Loans and credit cards
  • Home equity lines of credit (HELOC)
  • Mortgage services
  • Insurance services
  • Investment & retirement services

For video appointments

When scheduling the appointment, please select your preferred SELCO branch, and we'll do our best to place you with a representative at that location.

Once you've scheduled your appointment, please review the "How to Join Your Video Appointment" guide for step-by-step instructions and tips to ensure your meeting goes smoothly. Video appointments can be attended by using a computer, tablet, or mobile device.

For phone appointments

When scheduling the appointment, please select your preferred SELCO branch, and we'll do our best to place you with a representative at that location. At the time of your appointment, we’ll contact you at the number you provide. 

For in-person appointments

When scheduling the appointment, please select your preferred SELCO branch. For new accounts, if your identification does not show your current address, be sure to bring acceptable proof of residence (such as a utility bill or rental agreement).
